KU Women 4 KU Women Fund

The KU Women 4 KU Women Fund, created by Women Philanthropists for KU, provides one-time assistance for KU full-time senior or graduate-level women students with an emergency or urgent need (non-medical) to help them achieve their goals and pursue their life/career path. This fund was created in recognition of the fact that many women encounter situations in college in which they need a ‘lift' in order to get beyond an obstacle in their path. Ideally, this assistance will help them get back on the path, increasing the likelihood that they will, down the road, be in a position to "send the elevator down" for the next person in need. Specific needs may include assistance with book expenses, leadership conference fees, graduate exam application fees, and job interview costs. The application is available online at www.ku.edu/~etwrc.
